The owner, Jimmy McDavid has been buying, selling and servicing automobiles for more than half his life. Starting at age 16, for David McDavid Pontiac, in Irving, Texas. As things go, time and a lot of different car jobs later, he wound up as the Chief Operating Officer of one of the largest and most successful Franchised New Car Dealer Groups in the history of automotive retailing in Texas. The David McDavid Auto Group of Dallas, Houston and Austin. In 2003, after a successful sale and transition of the businesses into the public hands of Asbury Automotive Group (ABG: NYSE). Jimmy, and his Brother David Jr., and father David Sr., left Asbury for new opportunities.
These days, Jimmy travels the automotive circuit that he grew up doing, auctions and dealerships, looking for the best deals in pre-owned cars and trucks. This is where the story meets new folks like you. We have a good time, selling good cars/trucks, to good people. We try to inventory vehicles that are right for the family and the sports enthusiast.
